Returns & Refunds
Eligible jewelry may be returned within 180 days of receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items should generally be in substantially the same condition as received, with original packaging and supplied accessories where applicable. Contact support@charroper.com before sending a return to obtain instructions and the confirmed return address. Do not use our registered business address as a return address unless customer service confirms it.
Customers generally pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind or preference-based returns. For items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description, Charroper will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost where applicable. Please contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where possible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 1–3 business days after approval. After issue, allow a further 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
